Roach Control

Get Roaches Under Control the Safe, Smart Way

Protecting homes and businesses across South Tampa, Riverview, Hyde Park, Apollo Beach, FL, and surrounding areas

Roaches are one of Florida’s most stubborn pests, and they spread fast once they find food, moisture, or shelter. Seeing large American roaches around the property or smaller German roaches in the kitchen is a sign they’ve found food, moisture, or shelter. Eco-Pest & Termite Solutions uses safe, targeted treatments that reach deep into cracks and hiding spots without filling your home or business with harsh chemicals.

Areas We Focus On for Roach Control

Roaches survive by staying hidden. They prefer dark, tight spaces close to food, moisture, and warmth, which is why seeing one often means many more are hiding nearby. Effective roach control means targeting where roaches nest, travel, and feed, not just where they are spotted.

These are the key areas that commonly contribute to roach activity in homes and businesses.

How We Take Care of Your Roach Problem

Roaches multiply quickly and are cannibalistic, which helps them survive DIY treatments. This is why we focus on eliminating the source of the infestation and breaking their breeding cycle.

Our roach treatment includes:

Self-contained baits and dusts with no harmful sprays or fogging

Targeted applications for roaches

Treatments placed in cracks, voids, and nesting areas where roaches hide and feed

I had a persistent ant problem in my kitchen & dining room that I just couldn’t get rid of. After calling multiple pest control companies, Eco Pest was the only one able to come the same day and at the most reasonable price. Robert was professional, thorough, and managed to eliminate the ants (which I thought would be impossible!). I highly recommend Eco Pest for anyone dealing with a similar issue. I’ve attached photos of the ants prior to him getting rid of them.

Great experience for a hardwood termite treatment. Eco was quick and treatment was effective, and they were very fairly priced and honest about scope. They also checked in two or three times over the following weeks to ensure our satisfaction. Nothing but great things to say.

This afternoon I was meant for my appointment by Raul with Eco Pest and not only did he provide services scheduled, but he also was extremely helpful in making sure I felt at ease about the process moving forward and truly gave me peace of mind about having a post treatment home that I truly feel comfortable in. Highly recommend

Frequently asked questions

The fastest way to control roaches is with professional baiting and targeted treatments placed directly in cracks, voids, and nesting areas. Sprays may kill visible roaches, but they rarely eliminate the infestation at the source. Targeted treatments reduce populations more effectively and prevent roaches from spreading deeper into the home.

Even clean homes can have roach problems. Roaches are attracted to moisture, warmth, and tight hiding spaces, not just food. Leaks, drains, wall gaps, cabinets, and shared walls can all support roach activity even when surfaces are clean.

Yes. Professional roach control uses self-contained baits and dusts placed in hidden areas where roaches travel and feed. This approach avoids widespread spraying and is designed to be safe for families, pets, customers, and employees when applied correctly.

Some reduction in activity is often noticed within the first few weeks, but complete control may require follow-up treatments, especially for heavy infestations. Roaches reproduce quickly, so consistency and proper placement of treatments are key to long-term results.

The most common roaches in South Tampa and surrounding areas are American roaches and German roaches. American roaches are larger and often enter from outside, while German roaches are smaller and usually infest kitchens, bathrooms, and food prep areas.
